Los Cabos Burger

A tangy Cranberry Salsa adds delicious zest to this flavourful grilled turkey burger. It's served on a toasted Onion bun crowned with smoky Baja Chipotle Sauce sour cream, fresh shredded lettuce and cheddar. Irresistibly good.


Ingredients: Imperial Metric
Ground turkey, lean 2 lb 1 kg
Saucemaker Cranberry Salsa cup 60 ml
Salt tsp 2 ml
Pepper tsp 2 ml
Coriander seeds, ground tsp 2 ml
Saucemaker Baja Chipotle Sauce 4 tbsp 60 ml
Sour cream 4 tbsp 60 ml
Cheddar cheese, shredded cup 125 ml
Onion Bun 8 8


  1. Combine lean ground turkey, Saucemaker Cranberry Salsa, salt, pepper and ground coriander seeds together in a medium sized bowl
  2. Tightly compress into 8 patties and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. Grill patties to an internal temperature of 165F (74C), or until well-done and no longer pink inside.
  4. Sauce: Combine equal amounts of Saucemaker Baja Chipotle Sauce and sour cream
  5. Garnish with sauce, shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar
  6. Serve on warmed onion buns

TIP: To spice it up, try topping your burger with Jalapeno peppers
