Big Cheese Pasta Wrap

Actually, four big cheeses. Scooby Doo pasta is mixed with sautéed red peppers and smothered in a creamy Alfredo Sauce made with real Parmesan cheese. Now comes the rest of the fabulous cheese flavours - a spinach tortilla adorned with melted Asiago, mozzarella and Cheddar. This Big Cheese is the boss of great taste.

YIELD: 1 Serving (10" tortilla)

Ingredients: Imperial Metric
Saucemaker Alfredo Sauce or Saucemaker Alfredo Sauce - Classic 4 oz 120 g
Red pepper, diced 2 oz 60 g
Olive oil 1/2 oz 15 g
Garlic, minced 1/4 oz 7.5 g
Scooby doo pasta, fully cooked 5 oz 150 g
Shredded blend of cheeses (asiago, mozzarella, cheddar, etc.) 3 oz 90 g
Spinach tortilla, 10" 1 1


  1. In a skillet, sauté diced red peppers in olive oil and garlic.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta. Drain in colander, rinse with hot water and keep warm.
  3. Add Saucemaker Alfredo Sauce or Saucemaker Alfredo Sauce - Classic and fully cooked pasta to skillet. Heat through.
  4. Place blended cheese mixture on tortilla and heat under broiler or on a grill until cheese melts.
  5. Place hot mixture on tortilla and wrap and serve.

TIP: Try substituting Saucemaker Yogurt Curry and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce or Saucemaker Pasta Sauce. Serve with a side salad.
