Komodo Grilled Sandwich


A big taste, fit for a dragon of an appetite! Fresh baguette is layered with cool cucumber and hearty roast beef, then generously topped with tasty Teriyaki Sauce, a finely balanced blend of naturally brewed Soya Sauce, full-bodied garlic and ginger. Next come creamy slices of avocado, sweet onion and cracked black pepper. A tender, tempting taste you'll love.


YIELD: 2 Sandwiches


Ingredients: Imperial Metric
Fresh Baguette, slices 4 4
English cucumber, sliced 1 oz 30 g
Roast Beef, thinly sliced 2 oz 60 g
Saucemaker Teriyaki Sauce cups 60 mL
Avocado, sliced 1 oz 30 g
Sweet Onion, thinly sliced 1 oz 30 g
Cracked black pepper pinch pinch

Method:

  1. Slice baguette 6 inches long, diagonally.
  2. Layer cucumber slices on bottom of bread.
  3. Add roast beef slices and squeeze Saucemaker Teriyaki Sauce over roast beef.
  4. Top with sliced avocado and cracked black pepper.

TIP: This sandwich also tastes great toasted.
