Pacific Rim Chicken Wrap

An ocean of fresh tastes and cool sensations. Fresh leafy greens, slivered green peppers, ripe tomatoes and almonds are tossed in an exotic Pineapple Curry Sauce, boasting earthy curry tones and sweet chunks of real pineapple. All this rich goodness is enveloped in a soft pesto tortilla along with juicy strips of grilled chicken. As delicious as a tropical breeze.

YIELD: 1 Serving (10" Tortilla)

Ingredients: Imperial Metric
Saucemaker Pineapple Curry Sauce 3 oz 90 mL
Garden blend lettuce mixture 2 cups 500 mL
Grilled chicken strips 4 oz 120 g
Fresh Tomatoes, Diced 2 oz 60 g
Sweet green pepper, slivered 2 oz 60 g
Sliced blanched almonds 2 oz 60 g
Pesto tortilla, 10" 1 1


  1. Mix the leafy greens, green pepper, fresh tomato, and almonds.
  2. Toss in Saucemaker Pineapple Curry Sauce.
  3. Place chicken and the mixed ingredients on the tortilla and wrap.
  4. Garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple and serve with your favourite side dish.
  5. To serve warm, heat tortilla on flat top grill.
