The Chicken's Chicken Wings


YIELD: 40 pieces


Ingredients: Imperial Metric
Chicken wings, halved, tips removed 2 lbs 1 kg
Saucemaker 1st Degree Sauce 2/3 cup 150 mL

Method:

  1. Deep fry wings in deep fryer at 350F (180C) for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Drain wings and toss with sauce. Serve Immediately.
  3. Option: To caramelize sauce, toss and place wings under grill or salamander for 15-30 seconds. Each wing requires 1/2 oz. of sauce.

TIP: Serve with a side ramekin with extra sauce for dipping! For something completely different, try serving this dish with yucca fries, or deep-fried vegetables such as yams or beets.
